Grammario Project Update 12/29/24

A prompt-engineering breakthrough: structured JSON output for sentences — lemma, POS, tense, relationship matrix. Design drawings exist. This is still the LLM-first era of the project, before I rebuilt around deterministic parse.

The instinct was already right: grammar as structure you can inspect, not a paragraph of vibes.
